Sabbour Consulting has entered into a strategic partnership with Ryadah Al-Bunyan Real Estate Development and Investment Company to deliver the integrated design package for THE ARK, a mixed-use development in Dammam valued at approximately SAR 720 million.
Located in the Al Shati district, THE ARK will comprise around 79,500 square metres of built-up area across 17 floors. The development will include luxury residential units, administrative offices and retail space, designed to meet contemporary sustainability and performance standards.
From a project delivery perspective, Sabbour Consulting will oversee the full integrated design scope, covering architectural, structural and electromechanical systems, alongside operational planning. The firm will deploy Building Information Modelling to enhance design coordination, reduce clashes, and support more efficient construction sequencing and lifecycle performance.

The use of BIM-led coordination signals a focus on integrated delivery, particularly important for mixed-use schemes where residential, commercial and retail functions intersect. Early design alignment across disciplines is expected to improve cost certainty and long-term operational efficiency.
