Qareeb Data Centres and Pantheon Mining have announced a strategic partnership to deploy Bitcoin mining facilities across the Middle East. Under the terms of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Qareeb will secure suitable sites for the construction of Pantheon’s Bitcoin mining facilities, strategically located adjacent to existing or under-development Qareeb colocation facilities.
Furthermore, Qareeb will deliver comprehensive turnkey solutions for Pantheon, encompassing project management, site acquisition, permitting, and full operational support.

Pantheon Mining, founded in 2022 by Lodewyck Berghuys and Nick van Houtrijve, brings a wealth of experience to the partnership. The company has previously operated in China and Kazakhstan, demonstrating its expertise in the Bitcoin mining sector.
Qareeb Data Centres, a leading provider of Edge data center solutions, is currently deploying 50MW of capacity across key markets in the Middle East, including the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, and Egypt. Recently, Qareeb signed an MoU with Batelco to develop a “White Space Data Center” in Bahrain as part of Beyon Group’s Data Oasis, marking a significant milestone for the company.
