TripleTen Launches AI Product Management Programme to Meet Growing Demand for Hybrid Skills

TripleTen has introduced a new AI Product Management Program aimed at preparing professionals to lead artificial intelligence initiatives, as demand rises for talent that can bridge technical capability and business outcomes.

The 20-week, part-time bootcamp is designed to equip learners with the skills required for roles including AI Product Manager, Machine Learning Product Manager, Technical Product Manager and AI/ML Product Owner. The programme follows a structured, sprint-based format, using a spiral learning approach to reinforce knowledge across 10 stages.

The curriculum begins with core IT fundamentals before progressing into product discovery, problem framing, strategy development and Agile delivery. Participants will also gain practical experience in AI-specific areas such as model evaluation, wireframing, prototyping, product design and ethical AI practices.

Importantly, the programme is open to candidates without a technical background, with TripleTen noting that the majority of its learners begin without prior coding experience. A capstone project, comprising six deliverables, allows participants to apply their learning to real-world scenarios, supported by portfolio development and career coaching in the final stage.

“AI literacy is the most lucrative skill in the modern job market,” said Eugene Lebedev, TripleTen CEO. “Our goal isn’t just to teach traditional product management. We want to fast-track our students into future-proof careers by giving them the rare, hybrid skillset that modern tech companies are aggressively hiring for.”

Bridging the gap between AI and business value

The launch reflects a wider shift in the labour market, as organisations seek professionals who can translate rapidly evolving AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes. Research from PwC suggests that workers with AI skills can command wages up to 56% higher than industry averages, underlining the commercial value of these capabilities.

TripleTen’s programme combines traditional product management frameworks with emerging AI competencies, offering an accelerated pathway for those looking to enter or transition within the sector.

The next cohort is scheduled to begin on 21 May 2026. The programme also includes a conditional money-back guarantee, offering a refund to participants who do not secure employment within 10 months of completing the course.

“AI is changing how products get built, but most people still don’t know how to turn it into real impact,” said Victor Menin, Vice President of Enrollment at TripleTen. “The AI Product Manager program is built to change that, helping you go from understanding AI to actually using it to build products, solve problems, and lead in one of the fastest-growing spaces in tech.”
