BGR Tech Ltd., a leading manufacturer of oil & gas equipment and green hydrogen technology, today announced that it has entered into a heads of agreement with Chemie Tech, a prominent engineering and project execution firm, to jointly develop green hydrogen and ammonia projects on a global scale.
This strategic partnership aims to deliver robust and future-proof green hydrogen and ammonia infrastructure to support industries transitioning towards sustainable energy solutions.
Under the terms of the agreement, BGR Tech will contribute its specialized expertise in green hydrogen generation and purification, providing critical equipment including electrolysers and comprehensive engineering support.
Chemie Tech will leverage its extensive experience in project execution, managing the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to commissioning. This includes front-end engineering design (FEED), support for final investment decisions (FID), securing necessary licensor agreements, detailed design and engineering, balance of plant (BOP) supply and integration, construction, erection, and commissioning (EPC) services.
This collaboration combines the technological strengths of BGR Tech with Chemie Tech’s project delivery capabilities, creating a powerful synergy to accelerate the deployment of green hydrogen and ammonia infrastructure worldwide.
