Prior to joining Browning Associates, Harding founded Presence Image and Branding, where she honed her skills in executive image consulting and personal branding. Her strategic vision and attention to detail were instrumental in enhancing clients’ professional and personal images.
Before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, Harding served as President of the Schaumburg Business Association. During her tenure, she successfully led initiatives to promote local businesses and strengthen community relationships.
