Kahua has unveiled kBuilder Canvas, an AI-assisted, no-code solution builder designed to help construction organisations configure and evolve their project management information systems more quickly and flexibly.
Built into the existing Kahua Platform, kBuilder Canvas enables customers and partners to design, visualise and refine applications and workflows in real time using natural language inputs or a visual interface. The aim is to reduce reliance on lengthy custom development cycles and rigid, one-size-fits-all configurations.
Construction environments are shaped by regulatory change, shifting programme priorities and highly specific internal processes. Yet many digital project systems remain difficult to adapt once deployed. kBuilder Canvas seeks to address this by allowing teams to prototype and test configuration changes before they go live, without writing code or using external tools.

For implementation partners, the platform is intended to accelerate iteration and improve collaboration. By automating routine configuration tasks, consultants can concentrate on architecture, governance and user experience rather than manual build work.
Early users report that the tool also supports clearer requirement definition. Functional teams can explore potential process changes independently before engaging technical specialists, reducing rework and improving the quality of handover into formal development.
Unlike standalone no-code tools, kBuilder Canvas operates within Kahua’s existing governance, security and permissions framework. Applications connect directly with platform data and embedded AI capabilities, maintaining consistency and scalability across enterprise programmes.
Kahua has opened an Early Access phase for customers and partners, with wider release and expanded deployment capabilities planned later in 2026.
