GameChange Solar (GCS) has announced the launch of a new Distributed Generation (DG) Solar Division, expanding its offering to deliver tailored, high-performance racking solutions for commercial, industrial, and community solar projects across the US.
The new division is backed by dedicated sales, engineering, and customer service teams, focused on rapid delivery, technical rigour, and a streamlined customer experience. Drawing on its track record in utility-scale solar, GameChange Solar is adapting proven technologies and delivery models to meet the distinct requirements of distributed generation projects.
The DG Division will deploy the company’s Genius Tracker™ and fixed-tilt systems, designed for fast installation, durability, and long-term performance. Support spans the full project lifecycle, including hands-on technical guidance, proactive project management, and responsive after-sales service.
Phillip Vyhanek, Chief Executive Officer at GameChange Solar, said distributed generation is a strategically important and fast-growing segment of the renewable energy market. He noted that by combining utility-scale expertise with continued investment in domestic supply chains, the company aims to set new benchmarks for quality, reliability, and long-term value.
Teresa Zhao, Head of Distributed Generation Sales, added that the integrated approach helps EPCs, developers, and asset owners build faster, generate more energy, and improve project economics. By reducing installation complexity and total installed costs, the new division is designed to accelerate construction and simplify long-term operations.
