Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC) has announced that its Florida subsidiary, Nagelbush Mechanical (“Nagelbush”), has secured several new mechanical services projects in South Florida collectively valued at $154.6 million.
The substantial contracts underscore the ongoing boom in high-end residential and mixed-use development across the Miami metropolitan area, with work on all projects already underway. Substantial completion is expected by the second quarter of 2028.
Four Major Miami Developments
The four most recent projects, which were added to Tutor Perini’s backlog in the third quarter of 2025, involve the installation of new mechanical and/or plumbing systems for major luxury high-rise developments:
- Bentley Residences: A 62-storey, 213-unit luxury condominium tower in Sunny Isles, Florida.
- 1428 Brickell Avenue: A 72-storey, 189-unit luxury condominium development in Miami’s Brickell area.
- JEM Miami Worldcenter: A massive 61-storey development featuring 530 rental apartments and 259 condominium units within the Miami Worldcenter complex.
- Namdar Tower 2: A 42-storey, 712-unit rental apartment building, also located in Miami.
Earlier West Palm Beach Contract
The $154.6 million total builds on earlier success this year. Nagelbush was previously awarded a similar mechanical services project in the first quarter of 2025 for the Olara development in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The Olara project is a 26-storey mixed-use development which will feature a 287-luxury unit condominium tower, a 170-rental unit tower, and 80,000 square feet of amenities space.
The cumulative awards position Nagelbush Mechanical at the heart of the region’s largest construction schemes, providing essential services for the rapidly expanding urban landscape of South Florida.
