Sungrow, a leading global provider of PV inverter solutions, has announced the signing of a significant supply agreement with Indian independent power producer (IPP) Juniper Green Energy. Under the terms of the agreement, Sungrow will provide Juniper Green Energy with 835MW of its advanced inverter technology.
The partnership will see Sungrow supply its SG320HX-20 (300kW) string inverters and SG4400UD-20 (4.4MW) central inverters to support Juniper Green Energy’s strategic goal of achieving 10GW of installed solar capacity by 2030.
Sungrow highlights the high efficiency and performance capabilities of its inverter solutions. The SG320HX-20 string inverters offer an efficiency of up to 99% and incorporate intelligent power tracking features to ensure consistent energy output under diverse environmental conditions. The SG4400UD-20 central inverters are engineered to maintain full power performance in high-temperature environments, up to 51°C, ensuring reliable operation in the Indian climate.
This collaboration underscores Sungrow’s commitment to supporting India’s renewable energy ambitions and strengthens Juniper Green Energy’s position as a key player in the nation’s solar power sector. The deployment of Sungrow’s advanced inverter technology will be instrumental in maximizing energy generation and efficiency across Juniper’s expanding solar project portfolio.
