WSP, a leading global professional services firm, has been appointed by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to provide estate capital projects and workplace transformation services. WSP will partner with RLB UK to deliver a wide range of services, including project management, cost management, and design.
The four-year framework agreement will see WSP and RLB UK support the DWP in modernizing its estate, improving efficiency, and reducing its carbon footprint. The DWP’s estate comprises over 1,000 buildings, including Jobcentre offices, Health Assessment Centres, and back-office facilities.
WSP and RLB UK will work together to deliver projects such as office fit-outs, Jobcentre refurbishments, relocations, and new site developments. The collaboration will leverage the strengths of both firms to provide comprehensive and effective solutions.
